Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

The Free Tier is provided at no cost. No refund applies.

2. Gold Tier

Because Gold license keys are delivered electronically and grant immediate access to digital features, all sales are final unless one of the following applies:

  • (a) 14-day satisfaction window: if you purchased a Gold license directly from ultiplay.net, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided you have not violated the EULA or the Acceptable Use Policy. After the 14-day window, sales are final except as required by law.
  • (b) Defect refund: if the Software fails to operate substantially as described and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase price upon request.
  • (c) Statutory rights: nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund right available to you under applicable law (e.g., the EU/UK 14-day distance-selling right, or any consumer-rights laws in your jurisdiction).

3. How to request a refund

Email support@ultiplay.net with your order number and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. License revocation on refund

When a refund is issued, the corresponding Gold license key is deactivated, and continued use of Gold-tier features after deactivation is a violation of the EULA.

5. Resellers

Refunds for licenses purchased from a third-party reseller must be requested from that reseller in accordance with their refund policy.
